Professionally, Derek is an advocate and educator with expertise in autism spectrum disorders, behavior modification, and technology in education. He is also a skilled musician and conductor, balancing his career and family life with compassion and quiet strength, always guided by love for his children.

That’s why we’ll partner with schools to distribute our books and create educational programs that foster empathy, understanding, and inclusion. By reaching more classrooms, we can help build a kinder, more compassionate world.
- Fund Workshops for Educators and Parents: Understanding and supporting neurodiverse children is crucial. We’ll use the funds to develop workshops that provide teachers and parents with the tools they need to help children like Roz and Greyson thrive.
